Frequently asked questions
Where exactly are you?
We operate inside Club Duchi, at KM 9 of the Bogotá–La Calera road, about five minutes past the toll. On arrival, ask for Experiencias Duchi with your booking code.
What days are you open?
Thursday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Bookings are made at least one day in advance.
How do I book?
You pick the experience, date, guests and extras, and pay online. You get an email with your booking code. No need to message on WhatsApp.
Can I pay on site?
Catalog experiences are paid online when booking. Tailor-made events are quoted separately and we agree the payment terms there.
How many people fit?
Up to 120 guests for tailor-made events. Catalog experiences have their own range — each listing states it.
What if it rains?
We're in the mountains and the weather changes fast. We have covered areas and adapt the setup; if the weather makes the experience impossible, we reschedule at no cost.
Can I change the date?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email at least 48 hours ahead and we'll move it subject to availability.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. Tell us in the notes field when booking and we'll adjust the menu.
Can I get there by public transport?
There are buses to La Calera from the north of Bogotá, but the last stretch is awkward on foot. We recommend driving; we also offer private transport as an extra.
